Hey, I'm Emily!
I'm a Website and Graphic Designer with a unique perspective in Art & Design that stems from my background in Chemical Engineering. I currently work full-time, designing websites for restaurants with Popmenu while finishing up my BFA in Art & Design at Lindenwood University.
Empathy Art is about Art & Design that goes deeper than just a customized template. My clients grow trough genuine connections with their followers, facilitated through aesthetic design, easily usable and responsive websites, and strong branding. Catching the eyes of tens of thousands of followers (and customers!) can be a breeze when we understand each other.
Small businesses across the United States have grown their followings, increased their reach, and improved their Google ranking with my designs.
Ready to level up?
Most of the clients I design for own small businesses, so the work I create generally requires plenty of attention to detail and personalization. Collaborating with clients to build and establish their businesses while improving their marketing, branding, website design and experience, and SEO allows me to be part of life-changing success and growing communities of incredible people around the globe.
My art and designs focus on empathy, compassion, and individuality. I absolutely love elevating a client’s passion and helping them further the pursuit of their dreams while furthering the pursuit of my own.
So what's my story?
I'm a former chemist who discovered her true love and passion - art and design - when the pandemic shutdown gave the opportunity to explore new hobbies. Now, I specialize in graphic design, web design, branding, and digital art. I've learned everything I know from collaboration with other artists, research, experience, and a strong foundation from the BFA program I currently attend at Lindenwood University.
I live in a small town in the middle of Illinois with my husband Cameron, our dog, and a few too many cats. I love traveling to national parks, hiking, overanalyzing tv shows, and transforming into your basic fall-loving white girl the second the clock strikes September 1st.
