Daily Logo Challenge Day 13: Barbershop

Classic Cuts is an upscale barbershop created as a concept for the Daily Logo Challenge. Not much direction was given as part of the challenge in order to encourage creativity. My style is normally a bit more colorful and feminine, but I wanted to challenge myself to create a simpler, more masculine logo. Procreate and Adobe Illustrator were used to create this logo. A fully vectorized version was made as well. A large pair of scissors in the background clearly gets the point across that this is a barbershop. The "I" in “Classic” is a subtle barbershop pole. This is a very clean, simple, versatile logo.
